Auxia Design helps stakeholders assess and demonstrate compliance with complex acoustic regulations and requirements. These regulations can be presented by institutions, governing bodies, design standards, building certification programs, and industry operating standards. The requirements can involve speech quality, speech privacy, sound isolation, background noise, vibration limits, environmental noise emissions, and more.

Compliance and commissioning often involve onsite inspections and post-construction measurements; however, they also require addressing acoustic and vibration requirements at the project’s earliest stages. All stakeholders must clearly understand a project’s technical requirements, the impact to the project, and how compliance will be verified in the field. Further, a project’s budget and design must consider these requirements at the outset to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
